Muse frontman Matt Bellamy and fiancée Kate Hudson have named their baby boy, Bingham 'Bing' Hawn Bellamy.
The couple's first child together was born on July 9 in Los Angeles and weighed 7lb 12oz.
The name includes a nod to Hudson's mother, Goldie Hawn, although it's not known why the couple chose the forename Bingham.
On Twitter, Bellamy said: "So happy! Just had a baby boy, Bingham 'Bing' Hawn Bellamy. Born 7lb 12oz, on 9th July."
The Hollywood actress revealed that she was pregnant in January.
Bellamy and Hudson, who already has a child from a previous marriage, met at Coachella Festival in 2010 and announced earlier this year that they were engaged.
