Adele's '21' has become the biggest selling digital album in US history, it has been revealed.
The London singer's second album has now outsold Eminem's 'Recovery' which held the record with a total of 1.001 million copies of the album sold.
Adele's '21' has now sold 1.017 million copies, making her the first UK artist to sell one million downloads in the US, reports US Today.
According to the Official Charts Company '21' has now sold more copies than any other album in the UK charts in 2011 so far.
Meanwhile, the producer of Eminem's 'Space Bound', which has attracted controversy, has compared the video to Alanis Morissette's 'Ironic'.
