Lady Gaga performed two one-off shows in Sydney last night (July 11).
The singer, who is currently on a promotional tour of Australia, gave fans cryptic clues over her Twitter to the location of the secret shows.
Gaga told fans over Twitter: "Thinking of going out in Sydney Tonight. How I wish we had a show. NEVERMIND, don't listen to me. Maybe i'll just go for a walk in the pARQ (sic)."
She later told fans: "I just want to say thank you so much because without Australia I would not be where I am today.
"Today I met the mayor of Sydney and she made me an honorary citizen of Sydney for my gay advocacy. So thank you for being so f*cking gay."
Meanwhile, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry have helped the record industry achieve positive growth for the first time in nearly eight years.
