Sir Elton John has met with Prime Minister David Cameron to discuss the work of his Aids foundation.
The veteran singer also spoke with International Development Secretary Andrew Mitchell at Downing Street about the Government's commitment to tackling HIV/Aids.
The Elton John Aids Foundation has raised more than £130m since it was established in 1992.
It was inspired by Sir Elton friend, Ryan White, a young AIDS sufferer infected by a blood transfusion who died in the early nineties.
The organisations supports work in 55 countries around the globe.
