The Killers are set to begin work on their new album next week, drummer Ronnie Vannucci has revealed.
Vannucci, who recently launched a solo career, said the band were looking forward to getting back into the studio together again.
"Tuesday (May 17) I think we start doing some writing again,” he told XFM.
“We have piles of songs we want to show each other. We're going to get back in that room and start writing."
The Killers' last album 'Day & Age' was released in 2008. The band are set to headline Hard Rock Calling in London in June.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Vannucci is set to release his debut solo album 'Big Talk' this summer.
