Bjork has launched a new website as she prepares to release new material.
The website – bjork.com – is part of Bjork's Biophilia project, which is designed to answer the question: Where do music, nature and technology meet?
A statement from her record label said it was a celebration of “how sound works in nature, exploring the infinite expanse of the universe, from planetary systems to atomic structure”.
Bjork said it could be viewed as a continuation of her last album 'Volta'. The multi-media project will encompass music, apps, internet, installations and live shows.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Bjork will perform a residency at this year's Manchester International festival.
