Jay-Z is in talks with Cheryl Cole to sign the new X Factor USA judge to his record label, Roc Nation, it's been reported.
The rapper is said to be keen to include the Girls Aloud star in his stable, which already boasts Willow Smith and Jay Electronica.
A source told the Metro: “He has been in talks with Cheryl’s UK management to bring her to Roc Nation and Cheryl is keen to sign with him.”
Cole has already enjoyed solo success in the UK, releasing two albums '3 Words' and 'Messy Little Raindrops'.
The news follows the announcement that Cole has joined the US edition of The X Factor alongside Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and LA Reid.
