AC/DC have said they will never let people download their music online.
Until recently, AC/DC and The Beatles were the highest profile acts who didn’t allow fans to download their music, but the Liverpool band secured a deal with iTunes at the end of last year.
Guitarist Angus Young said they wanted to ensure fans heard their songs as part of the whole album.
"I know the Beatles have changed but we’re going to carry on like that,” he said.
"For us it’s the best way. We are a band who started off with albums and that’s how we’ve always been.
"We always were a band that if you heard something (by AC/DC) on the radio, well, that’s only three minutes. Usually the best tracks were on the albums."
As previously reported on Gigwise, AC/DC have also spoken about outliving other music genres.
