The trial of the doctor accused of giving Michael Jackson a fatal overdose of drugs has been postponed until September.
Dr Conrad Murray's lawyers requested a delay to prepare for new prosecution witnesses. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor has said he would now dismiss jurors.
Dr Murray has pleaded not guilty to one charge of involuntary manslaughter.
Last month, it was confirmed that naked photos of Jackson taken in the autopsy room will be shown at the trial.
Dr Murray was working with Jackson has he prepared for his ill-fated comeback gigs in London. He could face four years in prison if found guilty.
