Justin Bieber, Kanye West, Royal Wedding Make Time's 100 Most Influential List

Justin Bieber, Kanye West, Prince William and Kate Middleton have been named as some of the most influential people on the planet.

Bieber and the royal couple are among a number of famous faces who feature in the Times's 100 most influential list, reports MTV.

"From the minute I met Justin, I knew this kid possessed a certain confidence that only a star could have. He was born a star. He knew what he wanted to accomplish; all he had to do was get everyone else to believe it,'' Usher said about the teen.

The yearly list is as assembled by Time magazine and includes an array of people from musicians, actors and politicians.

This year's list includes Google executive Wael Ghonim, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and President Obama and Michelle Obama.
