Lady Gaga Fan 'Killed Cat' To Create Blood Costume

A woman allegedly killed and mutilated her cat to create a costume she could wear to a Lady Gaga gig.

Angelina Barnes, 20, from Oklahoma City, has been charged with animal cruelty.

CBS News reports that Barnes was found by a relative in a darkened house wearing a long coat with streaks of blood over her face. Her cat was discovered drowned in a bath tub.

Oklahoma City Sgt. Gary Knight said: "There were things done to the house like covering light switches with duct tape so she wouldn't be able to turn on the light.”

Barnes, who apparently suffers from depression, is being treated in hospital.

Lady Gaga, who often performs wearing fake blood, played in Oklahoma City last week as part of her Monster Ball tour.

Meanwhile, the singer has revealed the artwork for her new album ‘Born This Way’ and released her latest single ‘Judas’.
