The teen singer's video for 'Baby' has received the most 'dislike' tags on the site.
The video currently has over 1,150,000 dislikes with millions of comments.
Rebecca Black's 'Friday' is in second place despite only being posted on YouTube six weeks ago, reports Huffingtonpost.com
Bieber's other tracks; including 'Never Let You Go, 'Never Say Never' and 'Somebody To Love' are also amongst the most hated on the site.
Meanwhile, Katy Perry was 'booed' at her recent gig for suggesting that she cover Justin Bieber.
