Snoop Dogg has set up a trust fund for Nate Dogg's children, following the rappers death.
The rapper – real name Nathaniel D. Hale – died last Tuesday (March 15). A cause of death is not yet known.
A statement on Snoop Dogg's website said: "In memory of Nate Dogg, a memorial trust has been set up for expenses of services and the financial security of Nate's children".
Snoop Dogg is now appealing to friends and family to donate cash into the fund for Nate Dogg's children.
The rapper also posted a message over his Twitter: "[W]e goin hard 4 #natedogg today. we tryn 2 make sure his family's straight. 100% of donations go 2 his fam. http://t.co/67vE8Dm. RT this,”
Nate Dogg's funeral will take place tomorrow morning (March 26) at Long Beach Cruise Terminal, California and will be open to the public.
