Eminem leads the way in nominations, with Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga receiving seven and six nods each. Other nominees include Katy Perry, Justin Bieber and Rihanna.
The ceremony takes place on February 13.
Meanwhile, Rihanna’s new video for single ‘S&M’ has been labelled as 'inappropriate' by YouTube.
