Kings Of Leon have been forced to cancel several upcoming tour dates after drummer Nathan Followill underwent an operation.
The musician had surgery to repair a torn bicep and has been told he can not play live for three months.
The dates affected include Kings Of Leon's Australian and South Africa tours, scheduled for March. The shows will be rescheduled for November this year.
"Sorry to all the fans in Australia and South Africa," Followill wrote on Twitter. "My bum wing needs more time to heal but we'll be back later this year. Sorry again."
