Nicki Minaj Announces Surprise London Gigs

Nicki Minaj has announced details of two surprise appearances at nightclubs in London tonight (January 20).

The US rapper, who is in the country on a promotional trip, unveiled details about the age-restricted dates on Twitter.

“Ok London! 2moro nite I'm @ OCEANA (18 & up) then RUNWAY (21 & up). Yep! All in the same nite,” she wrote.

Minaj also hinted that she we make further appearances on Friday (January 21) and Saturday (22). The gigs will mark the her first UK shows.

The rapper caused hysteria when she arrived at Heathrow airport earlier this week after she posted her arrival time on the social-networking website.

Minaj's debut album 'Pink Friday' was released in November last year.
