Kings Of Leon drummer Nathan Followill has said he feels “bummed” after the band were forced to postpone their gig in London tonight (December 21).
The group were due to end their UK tour at the O2 Arena, but a fire on one of their tour buses has left “insufficient time” to ready the venue for the gig.
In a message on Twitter, Followill said: “I'm so bummed about 2nites show. Sorry 4 the fans, 4 our crew who lost all their shit, including passports. I'm thankful everyone's safe."
In another tweet, he added: "I shall drink as if it's a show day, which means I'm already behind. Sorry again friends, I'll make it up 2 y'all. Shirtless Hyde Park show?"
Around 60 firefighters tackled the blaze, which started shortly after 8am (GMT). There were no reports of injuries.
Kings Of Leon have yet to announce a rescheduled date for the gig. For more details, check out Gigwise Gig Tickets.
