Blink 182 frontman Mark Hoppus has revealed details about the band's new album.
The as-yet-untitled album, set for release next year, will be the band's first since their 2003's self entitled album.
The new album is said to have a much darker sound than previous releases.
'We've gone through a lot of really heavy stuff over the past few years. There's plenty of heavy stuff to write about. I think in moments it will [be dark],'' Hoppus told MTV News.
He added: ''There's stuff that sounds like what we were doing on the last Blink record, and there's stuff that sounds like what we were doing ten years ago and stuff that we've never done before.''
Meanwhile, Blink-182 have announced details of their first headlining UK arena tour in over seven years.
