Mika Sister Impaled On Railings After Fall

The sister of Mika has sustained multiple injuries after falling from a window and being impaled on railings.

Paloma Penniman is in a critical condition in hospital after the incident in the early hours of Sunday morning (October 10) in Kensington, London.

The Fire Brigade spent an hour cutting the 28-year-old free from the railings before she was taken to the Royal London Hospital.
   
Penniman is understood to have fallen from the fourth floor of a property in Gledhow Gardens.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman told BBC News that the incident was not being treated as suspicious and that inquiries are ongoing.

A spokesperson for Mika has requested that the family’s privacy is respected at this time.
