Grinderman Thrill Fans At Manchester Academy

September 29 2010 – Grinderman thrilled fans as they played at Manchester's Academy venue on Wednesday.

The band, fronted by Nick Cave, showcased songs from their new album 'Grinderman 2' during the sold-out show.

Guitarist Warren Ellis was his usual energetic self as the group also played tracks from their self-titled debut, which was released in 2007.

Grinderman are set to round off their brief run of UK dates with two gigs in London, at the Apollo on Friday (October 1) and Coronet on Saturday (2).
