Fleet Foxes have finished recording their second album.
The band publish an update on the follow-up to their 2008 self-titled debut via Facebook.
“We are flying to New York tomorrow to mix and master the album and will have information about release date and when you'll get to hear a song or two SOON,” singer Robin Pecknold wrote.
He added: “Geologically soon but soon.”
Pecknold had previously stated that the album would be released this year, although it is not clear if that is still the case.
The band's debut album went in at number three on the UK album chart.
