The Strokes frontman Julian Casablancas has revealed he would like to work with Pearl Jam.
Casablancas said he was keen to produce a track with the band, whose last album 'Backspacer' was released in 2009.
"That would be a dream, because I'm a fan," the singer told Rolling Stone.
Casablancas also insisted that recent reports he wanted to write the theme song for the New York Mets were true.
"I'm totally serious," he said. "I have some ideas, I have to see if they like it.
"I've got a jar stuffed with songs, all these ideas that are just me humming into a recording device."
Casablancas released his debut solo album 'Phrazes For The Young' in 2009. He is currently on tour.
