N-Dubz' Dappy Should Be New Prime Minister, Survey Says

N-Dubz rapper Dappy is the pop personality the British public would most like to see become Prime Minister, according to a new survey.

The 22-year-old star, who was recently filmed taking the drug mephedrone, made an 11th hour surge to overtake Cheryl Cole.

Cole eventually had to settle for second place in the poll, ahead of music mogul and fellow X Factor judge Simon Cowell.

The top-5 was completed by Morrissey and Sir Paul McCartney in fourth and fifth places respectively.

The vote, conducted by MySpace, asked over 1000 people who they would like to see as their new leader.

Other popular personalities included Damon Albarn and Noel Gallagher, while Amy Winehouse and Peter Andre were the least favourite.
