Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke's new side-project, which includes Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, are to play live for the first time tonight (October 2) in Los Angeles.
The band, which has yet to be given a name, will take to the stage at the Echoplex at 9pm.
In a message on Radiohead's website, Yorke said he expected the gig to be “total chaos”, adding: “It's kind of a rehearsal.”
The band's other members are Radiohead's producer Nigel Godrich, former REM live drummer Joey Waronker and Brazilian musician Mauro Refosco.
They are due to play two sold-out shows at Los Angeles' Orpheum Theatre on October 4 and 5.
