Amy Winehouse has arrived in court in London for the second day of her assault trial, where she is accused of hitting a fan at a charity ball.
The singer was accompanied by her father, Mitch, for the second day running outside the City of Westminster Magistrates' Court.
Yesterday, the court heard fan Sherene Flash claim Winehouse hit her backstage at the Summer Ball in Berkeley Square, London last September after she asked for an autograph.
Prosecutor Lyall Thompson said Winehouse had reluctantly agreed to pose for the picture, but “reacted badly” and hit Flash when the fan's drunken friend, Kieran Connelly, attempted to get into the photo.
Giving evidence, Winehouse said she was happy to pose for the picture but became scared.
"I was like, 'Do I get a choice in this, hello?'” the singer said.
The incident is said to have taken place shortly after Winehouse's performance at the ball.
The singer has denied the assault charge. The trial continues.
