Pete Doherty played the Love Music Hate Racism event in Stoke on Saturday and took the opportunity to fire some worthy vitriol at the British National Party.
Seemingly aiming his fire at BNP leader Nick Griffin, Pete changed the words on Libertines track 'What A Waster' to “You two bob racist cunt,” reports the NME.
Pete played a short four-song set of 'What A Waster', 'Last of the English Roses', 'Albion' and 'Time For Heroes'.
Gigwise photographer Shirlaine Forrest was lucky enough to grab some exclusive backstage photos of Pete. You can see them below.
Also appearing at the music extravaganza were Reverend and the Makers, Kelly Rowland, Kid British, Mick Jones, VV Brown, Mick Jones, Jerry Dammers and many more.
