Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison has penned a drum stick endorsement deal with a unique twist - each set of sticks is signed with his own blood!
The 34-year-old has teamed up with drum stick makers Pro Mark and has personally donated his own vein juice to promote his Autograph Series model.
Jordison visited the manufacturers where they took some of his blood and mixed it with the permanent ink.
He commented: “The first wood stick I ever played was a Pro-Mark, so I’m thrilled to be joining the family! To show everyone just how serious I am about my new signature 515s, I’ve even gone as far as putting my own blood in the ink for them. It's not just my signature on these sticks, it's me.”
The limited-edition TX515W model drum sticks go on sale from May 15. For more details click here
