Slap head hypocrite Moby is at it again, this time criticising Gwen Stefani for the over use of celebrity collaborations on her solo album.
Not content with last week criticising other music stars for product endorsement, conveniently forgetting his prostitution of the album ‘Play’ to every ad campaign under the sun. He’s now handily forgotten his own collaboration with Miss Stefani for the record ‘Southside’.
Speaking to the Daily Star he said: “Its almost as if every album now has to use 15 guest singers, like the Gwen Stefani album.”
“I like her as a person, and she’s made some great records, but that one has too many other people involved.” He added.
Says the man, who on ‘Play’ hardly sung a note himself and sampled every artist under the sun: “There’s not enough Gwen on it. I’d rather she had produced it herself and used just an acoustic guitar. It would have made a more interesting record for me.”
And what about the duets on your latest album eh? Moby Dick!
