Paul McCartney Concert Sells Out In Seven Seconds
Tickets for a forthcoming gig by Sir Paul McCartney in Las Vegas have sold out in seven seconds.
American fans rushed for the chance to see the former Beatle perform a one off show at the Hard Rock Hotel Casino on April 16th.
Promoters' said the 4,000 tickets sold out at a rate of 600 per second.
A spokeswoman for the Guinness Book of Records told The Telegraph newspaper that they didn't have a category for the rate of ticket sales for a single concert.
The record for the fastest selling tour of all time his held by Take That, who sold 600,000 tickets for their upcoming Circus dates in just four and a half hours.
