The Killers bassist Mark Stoermer has revealed the band will headline this year's V Festival.
The American group topped the bill two years ago at the dual festival, which takes place at sites in Chelmsford and Staffordshire.
“We are indeed headlining the V Festival and we're lucky to be doing it on our third album - things keep getting better for us,” Stoermer told the Daily Star.
“We will have the biggest lighting show we've ever had - it costs twice as much as our last tour.
“When you're playing big places you've got to give something to everyone, including the fans at the back. We've become more refined as a live act.”
The band's appearance at the festival, which will take place on August 22nd and 23rd, has yet to be confirmed by organisers.
