Richard Aschcroft will play a solo show next Monday (August 25th) in Northampton, it's been announced.
His bank holiday performance at the Last Days of Summer festival will coincide with the release of The Verve's new album 'Forth'.
Ashcroft's booking follows a summer of headlining performances with The Verve, including a show at last weekend's V Festival.
Despite the band's reunion, the singer has made no secret about his desire to maintain a solo career, recently telling the BBC that he planned to release material in the near future.
You can see highlights from The Verve's performances at the V Festival below.
