U2 frontman Bono and acclaimed artist Damien Hirst will host a charity art auction in New York next week (February 14th).
The exhibition, which has been called the world biggest collection of contemporary art pieces, is expected to raise up to $30million.
The RED auction will include seven pieces of Hirst’s own artwork, with his sculpture, 'Where There's A Will There's A Way', due to fetch between $6-7million.
The pair came up for with the idea for the auction, which will raise money for the UN’s Aids relief program in Africa, when they met during a holiday two years ago.
In a statement, Hirst said that "it's great to be able to give something back."
"I remember when I couldn't give my art away," he explained. "It wasn't long ago, either."
The 83 pieces of art will go on display at Manhattan's Gagosian Gallery from Monday (February 11th).
