P Diddy has received thousands of job applications to be his personal assistant after advertising the role online.

As we reported last Friday (July 13th), P Diddy advertised the job on his Myspace page asking applicants to submit a three minute video via the website youtube.

Although it’s only been four days, the rapper has already received over ten thousand applications for the role.

In a new video on his Myspace page the rapper admitted that “things were already getting a little crazy.”

He added: “Oh my God, what have I started? Earlier today I put it out there to you the viewers, you the people that made me. A lot of people dream about getting into this industry and being somebody. Everybody needs a chance. Someone gave me a chance, that is what this whole thing is about, it's about empowerment.

"This is not a joke, I'm trying to give a chance to somebody who is out there to be my personal assistant to help me to be the best and maybe I can help them to one day be the best. That's what this thing is about, helping each other out."

The rapper also added to his requirements for the role in the new video, saying that applicants must have “some sort of skill set” and must be able to “read.”
