The Murder Capital have unleashed their debut track ‘Feeling Fades’. After riding a wave of hype since their attention grabbing SOMA session last year, the Irish quintet have delivered the goods with their first studio release.

A brooding beat and a menacing bassline compliment singer James McGovern’s seething delivery of lyrics like, “The creeping sounds of children ring to curling toes this spring,” cementing an exciting beginning to the band’s trajectory. Listen to ‘Feeling Fades’ below;

Earlier this year we named the five piece as one of the 29 bands we think are going to own 2019, after recommending them to people attending last year’s Neighbourhood Festival in Manchester. The band are also about to embark on a UK tour and you can catch them at the following dates;

31 - Liverpool, EBGB’s

01 - Cardiff, Club Ifor Bach
02 - London, The Shacklewell Arms
03 - Brighton, The Prince Albert
05 - Birmingham, The Sunflower Lounge
06 - Newcastle, Think Tank? Underground
07 - Glasgow, The Poetry Club
08 - Edinburgh, Sneaky Pete’s

06 - London, Electric Ballroom (supporting IDLES)
