More about:

Deutschpop-champions turned all-round music moguls Tapete Records have been going for sixteen years, so they’re having a wild weekend about it. Sticky, wonder-bar The Lexington will play host to two nights of amazing music. Here’s all the info ya need (plus first play on two new Tapete releases.)

In the first weekend of October, head down to Angel for foot-tapping performances from especially-curated bands The Clientele, We Are Muffy and The Telescopes. Plus, Simon Love (of The Loves), and Comet Gain, both of whom have new singles, which can both be heard first right here, right now, on Gigwise.

Get Octobers 6 and 7 in your diary ASAP, and you’ll be able to hear these two new tracks live, along with a tonne more lovely stuff you’ll be tapping your foot to compulsively.

In preparation, please turn your attention to the addictive rock lullaby ‘All This Kicking Around’ by Simon Love and the gentle post-punk ‘If Not Tomorrow/I Was More Of A Mess Then…’ by Comet Gain.

Both of these gems are premiering with us this weekend, so stick your oar in first and let the beauty wash over you. Don’t ever say we don’t give you anything.
