Ryan Adams has been forced to cancel his Stonehenge gig over safety fears.
Organisers of the Salisbury International Arts Festival feared that too many people would turn up to the landmark without tickets.
The special show was due to take place on June 5, and organisers say that there is no chance of Adams performing elsewhere on the day.
A spokesperson told the NME: "A suitable alternative site cannot be found, and Adams is no longer taking part in the festival."
Ryan Adams releases his ninth album ‘Easy Tiger’ on June 4.
