The son of legendary country music star Hank Williams has been accused of harassing a hotel bar waitress.
Hank Williams Jr is accused by 19 year old Holly Hornbeak of swearing at her, trying to kiss her and attempting to lift her in a chokehold.
Williams has vehemently denied the allegations reports the BBC with his publicist Kirt Webster adding: "I am shocked at such allegations.â€
Williams is currently in Memphis visiting his two daughters who were involved in a car crash on March 15.
It isn’t the first controversy he has faced in the last seven days, on Friday he was forced to hold a press conference to deny claims that he had asked only white personnel attend to his daughters.
“Hank Jr has had to defend himself once already in Memphis last Friday from erroneous allegations, and now this," added Webster.
