Adele kicked off her UK arena tour in Belfast last night (29 February), playing an 18-song set that comprised most of her biggest hits, and displaying her characteristic potty-mouth charm.
The singer arrived by walking through the crowd towards the main stage. After opening with a trio of songs - 'Hello', 'Hometown Glory' and 'One And Only' - one from each of her three albums, Adele told the crowd, "I've been fucking shitting myself all day. Bad bowel movements. I've had to have an Imodium."
Also included in the two hour set was her Oscar winning Bond theme 'Skyfall', newer tracks 'Million Years Ago' and 'Send My Love (To Your New Lover)', as well as her famous Bob Dylan cover, 'Make You Feel My Love'.

"I know some of you have been dragged along," she conceded at one point, "but I'm going to win you over." Judging from the reaction on Twitter and beyond, she succeeeded in doing so. Not everyone needed to be won over though - fans had flown from as far as Tokyo to witness the opening night of her tour.
