Oh. My. God. Rumour has it that Pete Doherty is to star in a movie about…yep, himself.

The Babyshambles frontman is hoping to release the autobiographical film in an attempt to correct his misunderstood junkie image.

Speaking to Sky, Doherty reportedly said: "I have to reconnect with my audience; the media paint me as some tragic figure."

Guess who’s already gegging in on the project, none other then Doherty’s supermodel girlfriend Kate Moss…

Babyshambles have had the release date of their new single ‘Fuck Forever’ pushed back till August 15; the release date of their debut album is still unknown.
