GIGWISE
16:30 27th June 2022
Before you hear them on the radio, telly, Hot New Bands; before they’ve got a manager or an agent; before you see them smashing the main stages, it's more than likely they'll have played or received early support from This Feeling.

In February, TF shared their annual big list of Ones to Watch in the world of indie music in 2022. Every week, you can meet a new artist that made it onto that list...

If you had to put your music in two genres, which would you choose?

Alt-Rock & Blues-Rock.

What kind of stuff can you imagine your music being the soundtrack for?

Brassic for sure, or anything that needs some angry northern rock to accompany it!

Tell us an older artist and a brand new artist that inspires you.

The Sex Pistols and Royal Blood.

What's the best part of playing live?

The energy that bounces between the band and the crowd, it’s not a good gig unless you leave dripping in sweat, out of breathe and rushing with endorphins.

Tell us about your latest release.

We’re getting back in the studio very soon to record our next releases, some new bangers! We’ve definitely even further stepped up and can’t wait to share what we’ve been up to.

What have you got coming up?

We're quiet at the minute preparing for the next few months but have some new tunes on the way.

What other bands tipped by This Feeling this year do you like or looking forward to seeing?

This Feeling have loads of massive bands on their roster. The Chase are one of our favourites, quality live, great tunes and proper sound lads. We’ve played with them a few times and look forward to gigging together again soon.

See them live on the This Feeling w/ scotts stage at Y Not Festival 28-31 July.
