1. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
2. Entries are open to entrants aged 18 and over only.
3. The prize to be won by one winner is four VIP weekend tickets to Creamfields Festival with camping (28th, 29th, 30th August 2015). The prize does not include travel, accommodation or any expenses.
4. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 3 working days following the closing date. The winner must claim their prize within 3 working days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the prize promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
5. The winner[s] may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
6. These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
7. The winner and guest are responsible for accommodation and travel to and from the event at their own expense. All parts of prize are strictly subject to availability and prize provider's discretion on the day. Promoter reserves the right to substitute tickets for a different event and date without notice if ticket(s) to the advertised show/event become unavailable.
8. We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prizes with other prizes that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes, and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered. Prizes are not refundable or transferable.
9. Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferrable.
10. The full prize constitutes as four VIP weekend tickets to Creamfields Festival, for the dates of the 28th, 29th and 30th August. Tickets include access to camping.
11. This promotion is in no way administered by Unilever UK Limited. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Unilever UK Limited. Entrants release Unilever UK
Limited for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.
