With the line between dance and indie scenes reducing by the weekly remix, it seems only fitting that Modular Records should be descending on the Global Gathering Festival on July 27th – 28th with a host of their acts in tow. It’s thanks to our friends at Modular that we’re able to bring you yet another fantastic competition here on Gigwise this week. And what is it? Well, we’ve only gone and got a couple of guestlist passes for next weeks Global Gathering for a lucky winner.

Taking place on Long Marston Airfield just outside of Shakespeare’s Stratford-Upon-Avon, Global Gathering has risen to become one of the biggest dance festivals in Europe. It’s hardly surprising either, when you look at this year’s line-up which includes, Faithless, Basement Jaxx and all the worlds biggest DJ’s.

We’d strongly recommend that you check out the new Modular stage, however, for an eclectic mix of indie electro courtesy of New Young Pony Club, The Presets, Calvin Harris. To top it all off, Modular will also be bringing the DJ expertise of Annie Mac, 2 Many DJ’s and Erol Alkan to the festival site.
