Benicassim, the festival where you guaranteed to see no mud the whole weekend, is back for another year with a bill that is hard to beat. Just imagine it – sun, sea, sand and some of the best bands around – you can almost taste the cheap lager!

2006’s line up sees the likes of Franz Ferdinand, The Futureheads, Babyshambles, Editors, Morrissey, The Rakes, Scissor Sisters and a hole host more providing the entertainment over the weekend of July 20 -23.

Not only is there the bands but Benicassim has the usual festival mix of art, theatre, dance and film running alongside the musical distractions.
