In the last six months The Kooks have gone from cult band to full on indie starlets, its simply been success after success that has seen them get a Top 20 singles hit with ‘You Don’t Love Me’ and a Top 10 album with their debut long player ‘Inside In/Inside Out’.
Full of the exuberance of youth and with some killer tunes under their belt 2006 looks like being a cracking year for the boys from Brighton with sell out tours and public adulation on the horizon.
To celebrate the album going to Number 9 in the charts Gigwise has some amazing prizes for you to win.
Two lucky winners can get their hands on a signed copy of ‘Inside In/Inside Out’ plus a canvas Kooks shopping bag, a Kooks t-shirt and a Kooks jumper. We also have two runners up prizes of a signed album.
All you have to do to win is answer this really easy question:
The Kooks were named after a song by a legendary British solo artist, who is he?
1. Cliff Richard
2. Robbie Willaims
3. David Bowie
