Mercury nominee and one of the most prolific artists that you could ever hope to hear, King Creosote is a singer-songwriter like no other. Unsurprisingly, his cover of dance classic 'Believe' by Cher is as arresting and inimitable as you could imagine.

With more than 40 albums under his belt, including the Mercury-nominated Diamond Mine with Jon Hopkins, Kenny Anderson has been touching listeners' hearts as a solo artist and as a member of The Burns Unit for nearly two decades.

His latest effort, From Scotland With Love, is a soundtrack to a documentary directed by Virginia Heath - using his vivid story-telling to add an extra dimension to archive footage. It's that new life he brings to proceedings that makes his take on Cher's 'Believe' so otherworldly - focussing on its melancholic elements.
