The third single from XL's I Was A Cub Scout may not have the immediate impact of their previous efforts but its definitely a song that will grow into your hearts. 'I Hate Nightclubs' is the Leicester duo at their best mixing twee electronic-beats with heartfelt, emo tinged riffs to great effect. If you don't love this band already, you must have a cold, cold heart.

leicester band?! i’ve got used to reading ’Nottingham band’ everywhere - which isnt strictly true as William lives in Lincolnshire and Todd lives only just inside Nottinghamshire but Leicester band? do your research.. apart from that its a spot on review!
