More Info: Bugz In The Attic release the second single from the inspired debut album ‘Back In The Dog House’, a live favourite and deftly handled cover of Yarborough and People’s 1980 bassline-heavy ‘Don’t Stop The Music’. For ‘Don’t Stop The Music’ former Boy George and Basement Jaxx collaborator Sharlene Hector was given the task of re-doing a Bugz favourite, and the result is an out and out West London bruk-up twist that takes the basslines from P-Funk, the soul of the original and a certain pirate radio grit and delivers the very essence of Bugz. | |
