Operator Please - 'Get What You Want'

‘Get What You Want’ is yet another playful aggressive offering with jaunty and expressive riffs from the young starlets of Operator Please. Vocalist Amandah Wilkinson sardonically sings: “Oh give the act up you know you’re geeks that conglomerate in the city we speak of,” before delivering the violent bellowing chorus.

Not as jovial as ‘Just A Song About Ping Pong’ and not quite as faultless as ‘Leave It Alone’, it is still a reminder that there is something honest and optimistic in each of the Australian band’s offerings. We might not get everything we want but we’ll certainly be satisfied once again.
