Kylie Minogue shows once again what a consummate artist she is with the smouldering electro edged ‘2 Hearts’ that her myriad of fans will love, love, love. Fusing a strong beat with a 60’s ‘do whoop’ feel and vocals hinting at a breathless danger that culminates in a hook laden chorus that just kicks the whole song right up in the air. This is by far one of her best recent releases and that fact that such a well written tune (kudos to Kish Mauve for this hit) coincides with her 29th anniversary as a singer and 40th UK single, means that ‘2 Hearts’ is going to shoot straight to the top of the charts.
