Holy crap, there’s been a bus crash involving Madness and Blondie. It seems that some chromosomes have got mixed up in the burning wreckage and it’s Those Dancing Days that have stumbled into the bleary daylight. Yet the crash has confused these poor ladies. One second they’re in 80’s ska territory, next vocalist Linnea is siren calling us with Pink-esque vocals to musical doom. Like 30 year old leather trousers, this doesn’t seem to fit right. And as intriguing as this blend is, The Long Blondes are doing this same routine much better.
Released 08/10/07 on Wichita.
